This is the Tung Chung Caribbean Coast branch.
I have tried reaching out to McDonalds via What app, but no reply and very automated templated reply so i didn't both to proceed via this channel. It would have more beneficial to the greater Tung Chung community or people who frequently visit this place.
To start, BEWARE of your orders as 9 out of 10 times, something will be missing in your togo orders. I have personally brought this up to the supervisor/manager on duty and always get the same standard reply such as sorry for our mistake and we will improve next time. Im still waiting for this day to come. This has also been brought up to the Customer service team and more less get the same reply or this will give you some "free food" as part of their service recovery plan and hoping this will make you feel better about your negative experience.
This recent visit is the one that broke the camels back and I don't like to share negative feedback on public domains. But the management at this branch is very poor and the hygiene education of the staff is below average and unacceptable. One of the customer spilled a soft drink in what appears to be Sprite and immediately reported to one of the McCafe staff. 3x staff working at the McCafe part and not even busy at all which took them 15 minutes to clean up the spillage. Luckily no one slipped from this accident.
After the 2x McCafe staff finally clean up the spillage, I had noticed that they didn’t even change to new pair of gloves after handling the mop and slippery when wet floor sign when returning back to prepare drinks. This is a serious violation of any health and hygiene code of conduct. Sure enough after "sanitation squad" somewhat cleaned up the spillage, a live cockroach came out of nowhere to cure his hydration with this sweet beverage.
I am sure this is not how the McDonalds Team wants this particular branch to operate.
Although most most people don't bring there trays to the rubbish bin them selves, given they brought it the table in the first place, but this is a separate topic in which i wont elaborate here. I spent a total of about 30 minutes here with my son, and as you can see, the urgency of the staff in tiding up is a low priority.

McCafe orders are always stolen by some random person. If you order it thru the app first, you will realize your order is being stolen or mistaken by somebody when you arrive in the pick-up corner, whereas the MaCafe lady will be looking dismissive and questioning you for scamming their coffee. She just filled up my iced cappuccino two-third of the cup which is totally unacceptable. And I think they did not add syrup in it cause they ran out of syrup.
So prepare for confrontation...
