The servings of drinks were always delayed. We order many rounds of wine and alcohol drinks but then, the food always came first and they don't serve drinks unless you go over the server to remind them.
The oysters are pathetically skinny. She should totally remove this item from menu or substitute with clams or crabs cold platter servings.

had ordered mains that took forever to come. once it arrived, we noticed it was pretty cold and stale — probably because the food has been cooked for a while then and they didn’t deliver on time. Regardless, presentation of the food was ok.
the desert was suppose to be an automatic add on as it was part of the meal package, had to spend 18 mins trying to find a staff to remind them we have dessert.
20 more mins later, no signs of dessert.
Don’t even think of sitting outside like we did, they don’t put any staffs on standby for the customers dining outside.
I saw multiple customers going going into the restaurants by themselves to pay for the bill, I’m not sure if this is the customers job to go by themselves to ask for the bill when you are here adding a 10% service charge.

We then waited another 30 minutes for our main course, only to be told that the steak we had ordered was sold out. To add insult to injury, we were still charged HKD 500 for the starter, soup, and drinks, even though we left without receiving our main course.
