The claypot porridge was simply and absolutely delish! You could have different ingredients added to cook the porridge, such as prawns, crabs, abalone, etc... it's just so good in cold weather right now. The water lotus was equally delicious. Pork was added in between the 2 slices of water lotus. Deep fried and then cooked in sauce. Yumz!!
