The sauce had gone stale, so I had to spat out the first bite and rinse my mouth with water, but the manager insisted it was fine, cancelled my order, and took away my food despite I said I am in a hurry and will continue it (without the sauce). I emphasised that what I needed is them to acknowledge it being stale, and of course he continued to insist it is FINE. No sincerity in following up with the kitchen. He said the kitchen could make me another meal, but we all know we don’t know what an eatery would serve you after u have complained. I am a traveler with my family, and I highly recommend this place! I had lived near the area in Hung Hom during my stay and ALWAYS came here for breakfast, lunch or dinner- the surrounding was quiet and it was great for me to sit down and have a peaceful time. My family enjoyed the steaks at dinner, and it's wide variety of breakfast selections. I especially love their toasts, since it makes me extremely cozy! I definitely recommend trying the milk tea while you're there! I will definitely be coming back next...
