The food quality is fine but the service is reckles and the place is not baby friendly. We ate with our baby and asked whether there are baby chairs. They said yes, but it turns out that the baby chair (see picture) has no safety belt to lock the body of baby. There are two belts but the waiter said we are NOT allowed to use one of the belts to control the baby. They said we have to use both of them to lock the baby chair on another chair back. They asked us to use hands to control baby through out the time. That made us a very difficult time to eat with a baby. We eventually hold our baby ourselves to eat.
If the chair belts cannot be used to lock the body, then it appears that the baby seat is not designed for baby less than 2 years old. The waiter should explain this at beginning or even at later. The waitor only simply said we can't use the belt in that way. The waiter also seems like unhappy when another baby is making some voice.
The food quality is fine but the waitor gave us the wrong dish. It seems like they didn't listen carefully when we ordered. Overall, the manager should think to improve the...
Read moreLunch on 2019-04-21 Not bad, but not good enough. Fish tasted fresh (4 stars). Uni (sea urchin) was only fair (2 stars). Service was decently good (4 stars) but food were placed on the table in a weird way. We got a whole table to use but 2 tiny plates of appetizers were put on the side when the main dish did not come until 10 minutes later. I had expected more for its price. Seating was probably the weakest link. It appeared unforgivably wrong when the operator claimed to have been in F&B industry for 13 years. Couldn’t hang a shopping bag or any bag to the chair. No basket provided for you to place your bags. Seriously? For a restaurant inside a shopping mall? They just couldn’t care less or they expected people would be happy to put everything on the floor. This is heartless and shall fairly tell how good a restaurant is. Food isn’t the only thing people rate a restaurant. Food here is not good enough anyway. Much room for improvement. A disappointed...
Read moretl;dr You're paying for the location and the decor, not for the food, especially during dinner.
Try not to let the photographs in the menu mislead you. The quantity is much less in reality and the color touch-ups are excessive.
The sashimi and sushi are unsatisfactory for the price.
The tempura is average, though you do get ingredients that are quite unique.
Their yakitori and salads are nice, though you can likely get tastier yet similarly-priced ones elsewhere. There was a bone found in a slice of sashimi in one of my salads, however.
The service was subpar for the price, especially since the food wasn't spectacular.
I would not recommend for dinners. Lunches I don't know; they might be better value but I haven't tried them myself and...
