Doesn’t mixed up with char siu too well Fried spring roll - crispy but that’s it. Grease had overrun the flavour Stir fried beef vermicelli - too oil too salty. The dark colour came from too much soy sauce Fried capelin - ok as it should be Pan fried reddish cake - not crispy enough on the outside but flavourful Steamed cha sui bun - taste good when hot.
