Starbucks (Millennium City 1) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Very bad buying experience, not only once. This time, I ordered the usual drink and the taste is different. The staff informed me that maybe stir or not stir, more foam or less foam. I don't know why she thinks inconsistency is accepted but the point is the taste is really nasty. She suggested me to change another drink next time (though I have ordered this for years, from different shops including this one). I can see rather than improve themselves, she asked a customer to change a taste. I remember the slogan of starbucks is unlike this.....

After changing another cup for me, she asked me to try immediately. I told her the temperature is too hot for me. She just said "huh, it is normal temperature." I wonder I paid for this kind of courtesy. I admit it is normal for 30-40+degrees in Thailand but doesn't mean it is normal to me.

I suggest the staff could think more about customer, not think as her own way
