a very small cake shop located in the industrial building but it's very famous for its layered crepe cakes! they're freshly made every day and vary in flavour day to day, so stay tuned with their ig or mewe! there's no eat-in. i got 5 pieces that day - honey, black sugar milk, sea salt lemon, matcha and horlick. the honey was my favourite - it's light with honey cream very matching with an elegant taste. second best was black sugar milk; others were good too but the melting centered ones (matcha and horlick) were a bit messy when i got home, they leaked and mixed at the bottom of the takeaway box..... i'm happy with its quality and will try some other flavours next time! better come as early as you can, they sold out...
Read moreTheir cakes are the bee’s knees in local bakeries. They are not too sweet and the layers can maintain its softness upon the 3-4 hours storage. Better not order their strawberry flavour as its taste is too artificial. If you have made the reservation for 8-flavours cakes, remember to “defronze” them before head as some maybe over frozen and become icy.
In other bakery, some of their cakes are overpriced and charge you nearly HKD90 per piece. In contrast, each slice of cake only costs you HKD 38 at this decent...
Read moreMy first experience with mille crêpes and it's really good. We tried the matcha version. Visually, it's almost like an art piece. Its not overly sweet yet has the pleasant matcha flavour. Its actually lighter than expected and not too filling. But 1 piece for 2 person is enough. I have never been to Lady M but this bakery might be a cheaper yet equally tasty...
