Nov 23, 2022 A crowd waiting for tables is usually a hint that the restaurant has good food. We tried 6 dim sum dishes for lunch and all were delicious, especially the abalone tart and the classics: char siu bao and har gow. There is a $17pp charge for regular tea, more for exotic choices. The crunchy shrimp cheung fun was a surprise. It comprised a deep fried shrimp centre wrapped with steamed rice crepe. Char siu bao was fluffy, light Service was good but can be more attentive. We waited about 8 minutes before being able to flag down an attendant to bring the bill. Robots serve as both host and bus boy. Ambience is bright, clean and reasonably quiet for a dim sum restaurant. Washrooms were impeccably clean.

Dim Sum ENAk!!! Highly recommend sapi kwetiau goreng 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Very good and delicious with the brand also location is good at Kowloon tong. Really high quality of dim sum. No disappointed with this brand here. Hkg dim sum I recommended it. The price not so expensive for me. Middle level. The quality can be comparable with five star dim sum in jkt. There are show a time limited 90 mins for meal. But today not a lot people they allow stay longer 🙏🏻 All dim sum quality are good. Pork knuckle, steam shrimp, rice roll shrimp.

Dim sum restaurant. But not traditional one. you may find more modern type of chinese dim sum here. The taste is good for some type of dim sum but not all are good in my opinion. For example, the fired tofu is not well made. It is not crispy enough. 腸粉 is good. The price is a bit on the high end. But given that the restaurant is in festival walk, the price is fair. You can not book during holiday for lunch.

Although the food is not bad, the service was really bad. Even the manager was rude. When we asked why the remaining dishes were not served, he replied abruptly ; " You have to tell us to serve. Now that you told me; I serve them ". I will never go there again

It's our family's weekend routine to have dim sum here. The food is above par and not difficult to get a table. But there aren't enough staff hence the service and their politeness must be improved. No harm to go if you live near but there are better choices.

人手不足 下午茶時段比較抵玩 白灼田園蔬好食 Lunch @ 12 MAR 2024 (Tuesday) 小編和家人在星期二下午茶時段去八月花飲茶, 發現人手嚴重不足, 明明有空桌但由於沒有人手收拾, 所以遲遲都不叫新客入座, 導致門外有人龍等入座。需要注意的是下午茶時段3點鐘截單, 大約4點左右會是酒樓的落場時段, 會請顧客離開。 白灼田園蔬 (可選翡翠苗/芥蘭苗/菜心苗) 小編選了芥蘭苗, 灼得爽脆不會過淋, 灼的時候有加油, 就算白灼也有輕微的鹹味, 非常好吃。 炸菜肉絲炆米粉 份量十足, 略嫌汁水過多, 炆米粉有點過濕和淋, 介乎湯米粉和炆米粉之間。 芥末蟹籽手撕雞 芥末是日式那種Wasabi, 並非中式的黃芥末, 略為攻鼻, 不能接受Wasabi的人士絕對不建議點這道菜。蟹籽略少, 近乎沒有。手撕雞除了芥末調味之外可以吃到麻油香, 如果酒樓有一款正常的麻油手撕雞, 相信會非常熱門。 菠蘿咕嚕肉 小編很喜歡有好多三色椒和菠蘿。作為主角的咕嚕肉炸粉略厚、豬肉略肥, 一般啦。 下午茶點心三寶 (陳皮牛肉球 + 鳳城糯米卷 + 蜜汁叉燒包) 八月花的點心都是比較「精緻」,份量和尺寸都略小, 讓人有一種意猶未盡的感覺。點心質素不算標青, 只是正常。 總括而言, 八月花人手不足, 服務欠奉, 正價時段的話價錢略貴, 性價比低, 但勝在位置很好, 在大商場裡面, 環境舒服, 是一個與親朋戚友共聚的好地方, 至於…想享受點心/中菜的話, 還是去別家吧。
