The staff asked us to get a ticket even though there were empty seats (which we ended up sitting in). We stood for around 15-20 minutes, but service was very quick once seated. I got a matcha latte and the sushi+udon set. The matcha was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety and taste of the sushi, though I wasn't a huge fan of the snow crab one. The udon was fine. My companion ordered a sukiyaki beef set (not pictured) and reported the beef to be overcooked.

I would like to share my thoughts on a Japanese restaurant that I recently visited. Unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. While the food was decent, it was nothing special and did not stand out in any way. However, what really disappointed me was the service. The staff seemed disinterested in their job and were not very attentive to our needs. If you order the beef sukiyaki set meal, the beef and vegetables are cooked before they’re served. However, the beef was slightly overcooked in my opinion. Everything else tasted alright. I usually dislike when the milk overpowers the matcha flavour, but this matcha latte was delightful.

The meal overall was good. Bonus marks for the visually appealing plating. If I were to nitpick, I would say the flavour was not authentic enough. E.g. the rice didn’t taste like Japanese rice, but I don’t think it distracted me from...
