TeaWood (Telford Plaza) — Restaurant in Kowloon

The Taiwanese restaurant in Telford Plaza is located quite close to the Exit B of Kowloon Bay MTR station. The environment is quite pleasant. We came here at 12pm before the usual lunch hour so that was no waiting for our table. They offer lunch sets starting from $68. We ordered the chicken wings noodle with fried salty chicken pieces and a set with soft pork bones, half an egg, some veggie, and rice with minced pork. I came here to meet up my friend for early dinner at 5:30pm. Somehow we both got there 10 mins before 5:30pm. Surprisingly we were able to make it for the "afternoon tea" menu which is a steal! For a afternoon set you can choose from small snacks to a bowl of noodles, drinks are included for anything you choose from the menu! I had a beef noodles with a boba milk tea! Love it! I recently dined at Kowloon Tong TeaWood, and it was a disappointing experience. The chicken cutlet was raw inside, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. Additionally, the rice was clumped together, making it unappetizing. Overall, the food lacked flavor and was tasteless. To top it off, the staff were quite rude, showing little regard for customer service. The only redeeming aspect was their drinks, which were decent. I won't be returning to this establishment anytime soon.
