Peking Garden (Kowloon Bay) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Peking Garden is known for their Peking duck dish. This branch is located inside the Kowloon Bay MTR station mall, all the way in the back. It gets busy and I recommend making a reservation for large parties. The food took forever to come out hence the low turnover on tables. We opted for their set meal for six people. It was $1760 ($225 USD). The food was OK. There's a chef behind a large window slicing the Peking duck near the entrance. I have an opinion on those types of novelty chefs behind a big window. Their duck is good, the sweet and sour pork was also very good. Steamed dumplings, OK. Peanut butter chicken, meh 😑

Even the most basic steam bun (銀絲捲) and fried 銀絲捲 were worse than the premade frozen stuff you can buy from the supermarket, like WTF... Bruh, if you claim yourself to be a "Pekin" restaurant, at least serve the most basic staple food such as 銀絲捲!!!
