Victoria Harbour Restaurant (Kwun Tong) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Extremely rude staff and terrible service. Every time you approach them with ANY request, even when you want to order more dishes, they either ignore you or dismiss you impatiently. I brought an important client for dinner and it was an absolute nightmare. We ordered 2000 HKD for five people and it took forever for the dishes to be served even on weekday. In the end, the rice were never served (even though I reminded them twice), and they shamelessly included in the bill anyhow.

This place is a disgrace. You pay money but you feel that the staff here are customers to be served, not you. AVOID and NEVER even...

Terrible interior arrangement. Too packed. And I suspect they might be violating the fire regulations. I waited for over half an hour even though I reserved a table. Terrible service and the slowest waiters in HK. They claimed that many dishes are sold out and the portion of the food (especially the fish and lobster) is small. It seems like they are reusing the shells of the scallops.
