This is a 30 tears old brand for this rice noodle soup, a very native cuisine of Yunnan Province.

The invention was over 100 years ago by a highly considerate wife who worried about the meals of her husband who everyday buried himself into books and study in preparation for sitting at a test for being a Government Official.

She have the rice prepared as noodle. Chicken or Pork Bone Soup will be prepared in advance. Whenever her husband is hungry, she just reheated the soup and serve with meat, vegetables, and noodle. Her husband finally got a high rank job in the government.

Therefore, this cuisine has three classes served. First degree honour, second degree honour and regular noodle soup.

First and second are very similar, both with an extra Mini Steam Chicken Soup. At this shop, for 35 to 45 RMB is absolutely a good deal. However, if you go to same franchised tourist shops, the price could be double.
