In typical Chinese fashion, the place is a cluster once you're inside with a hole in the wall feel. We waited about an hour on a Saturday at 1PM. We were notified at check in they only had pork and crab dumplings left so we ordered a couple racks. Service of course was terrible. We ordered ginger, which never came, there was no vinegar on our table and we had to wait while our dumplings were quickly cooling down. Also, expect to wait another 15-20min once you've sat down for your dumplings to deliver since they're steamed to order. With all that said, the soup dumplings were the tastiest we've ever had.
