Qingmeiju Muslim Restaurant — Restaurant in Shanghai

One of my fave restaurants in Shanghai. It is strategically placed in the city's heart, near several Airbnb places and MRT. The place will get crowded at lunchtime, visited by the locals. They serve a big portion of each dish at an affordable price. You won't be disappointed with the service, cleanness, and ofc the food.

This place runs by a Chinese Muslim family who doesn't speak English. If u get there, pls ask for the menu and choose the food by the pictures or point to the food they have already served to the customers. Lol

When I spent my time in Shanghai for about 2w, I often spoiled my tummy in this place. I still remember how chewy the dumpling was and how rich the soup was 😃 It feels like the aftertaste is still thick on my tongue 😋

I will definitely come back to taste other delightful dishes here and surely reorder...

The place is now called Suolaiman Lan Zhou Beef Noodles and it is halal. The beef noodles are great and highly recommended.

It is a short walking distance behind Park Hotel. From People’s Square metro station take Exit 9, walk up to the left of Park Hotel and take the first left turn

The place opens early (6am apparently) and closes late. I personally have eaten there at 1030pm and I think they close...

Delicious food! This place offers great halal food options including a delicious beef noodle soop, perfect in the cold winter temperature. Just be aware that the restaurant is across the street from what is shown here and that it closes at 12.30am and not 10pm as indicated here. Also the name changed to Lan Zhou. Unfortunately edits are not allowed in China on...
