顶特勒粥面馆 — Restaurant in Shanghai

NEW (4 🌟) Not been back for years, and it's the first stop after arriving in Shanghai. The place went through a renovation, looks much cleaner/ nicer (but lost some of its old charm). The menu has a new item - 浓汤大黄鱼煨面, and we went for it. Compared to the old one, the fish has less bones and was very sweet.. but the noodles were a let down. Something is wrong with the texture, and the soup was also not as umami as what i remembered it to be. Nevertheless, still very satisfying :)

Not traveler friendly. They are known to rip people off by serving dishes to your table you haven’t ordered, all smiles and offering if like a gift, and if you touch it they will come over and demand to be paid for it (suspiciously enough, to a personal Alipay account).

今晚飞到上海已经九点多，再到酒店已经十点多了，朋友问我想吃什么？我说上海菜吧！他搜了一下決定载我耒这间24小时的顶特勒粥麵馆。

我们不想吃太饱，两个人只点了一碗大黃鱼煨麵，排骨、狮子头一个及青椒炒鳝丝，吃起来味道不错，不会太鹹。

虽然已经十一点多了，客人还是络绎不绝，生意真好！这店隐于民居之中，晚上昏暗，没有大招牌，门外却是几个米其林的红色标记！价格也合理！
