100 Century Avenue — Restaurant in Shanghai

Meh overall. 5-star views and an extensive western wine list. Food and service are solidly average, but the price of the food, at 800 RMB for the set menu, is absurdly high given the average quality. The ambiance is also rather weird, with loud pop-esque music playing throughout the restaurant, and cold drafts everywhere; definitely not what'd you expect for something at this price point. If you do go, be prepared for overpriced dinner but with stunning views of the city. Call ahead and make a reservation for a window table -- the experience is definitely not worth it if you're not sitting at a window.

Also, avoid the Chinese wine... seemed like a fun thing to try being in China, but there's a reason there are only 2-3 Chinese wines on the list. Definitely not worth the...

This place is located at 90sth floor on at the Hyatt. The ambient is like any other roof top bar restaurant. I would come here for a beautiful night view to celebrate birthdays etc. Food here taste normal let's face it your here for the view not the food. Drinks are nice though. The price to value for here you pay what you get for, a premium price for the nice view.
