We did come by here to try out the coffee besides the other two coffee chains that we had frequented (do checkout my earlier reviews on which these coffee chains are) since the outlet is located near our hotel. Ambience was ok, bright, and spacious.
When we were there, we were requested to place our orders by scanning the QR code that didn't work (after several attempts and then the staff tried too but failed and took our orders manually). As a result, time had wasted and it took quite a while for the staff to prep our drinks since he was the only staff around. Slow service.
As for the beverages, we ordered the standard coffee, latte and they were quite dilute and light (not flavourful, not to mention not thick or rich in taste). No aroma too. A little disappointing as we have had some expectations before coming in. (although the price was ok on par with its other counterparts)
