Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Shanghai

The ordering system here is horrible. Kyle (one of the ordering/servers) let two people cut in front of me. There’s also no clear line so it’s probably not his fault and he insisted that the white chick that cut me was in front of me was first while it was a Chinese couple that was in front of me.. I know because I was listening for 5 minutes of them not knowing what to order (I waited 10 minutes total just to order a drink) Kyle’s just too afraid to say no to white people I think so he proceeded in bs-Ing that she was in front of me. Then this other Chinese guy cut the line to order with his female colleague, she told him to go the end of the line, but kyle says “just let him order and don’t argue with him!” Employee of the month...

I was so excited to have had an opportunity to visit this one of a kind Starbucks in Shanghai. It is a kind of landmark. Not only serving coffee, but a complete showroom of coffee beans to a cup of coffee roasting process. I love that it serves various French bread and sandwiches also.
