I recently had the opportunity to dine at this Indian restaurant in May 2023 for a business dinner, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was delicious, although it didn't quite match the authentic flavors found in India. The restaurant provided a relatively calm environment, allowing for easy conversation during the meal. The ambiance was pleasant, and the location itself was nice. However, I did notice that the washroom could use some refurbishment. Despite this minor drawback, it didn't significantly impact my overall impression of the restaurant. If you're looking for a decent Indian dining experience with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, this restaurant is worth considering, especially for business gatherings.

The Food is Really Bad. SERVICE is Worst and Bill is HUGE. SERVICE : A. We waited 40 mins B. After 40 mins we got a seat C. After 35 mins we got seat.. some came and asked .. if you wamt water? D. After 30 mins of water, some one came for order E. After 50 to 60 mins around 11 pm we got water F. Then after 20 mins got papad ... any way food came after that... The INDIAN FOOD IS REALLY BAD SERVICE Really bad. You need to standup and call waiter with hands shaking .. and then only some one see you I recommand NOT to go to the restaurant Ohh.. finally..BILL IS HUGE...

Your hunger is going to perish at the “First Glance” on entering the Indian restaurant in Shanghai, as the ambience is so unmatchable to find in India too... yet to taste the food???? Though at First the the wait for food has been pathetic but all frustration evaporated with fist bite itself...awesome Indian Food...Indian Ambience...Indian People...great experience

Nice food, nice staff..feel like home for all the Indians in Shanghai. Not only famous between India but I have seen many local and expats from other countries enjoying the delicious food. Vegetarian thali is a must try, if you need bit of everything after a long time. Open late in the night. So you can easily go after a long office.
