🌟 Five-Star Review for Rongjia Yellow Croaker Noodles 🌟

I recently had the chance to try the limited edition Yellow Croaker Noodles at Rongjia, and it completely blew me away! It’s even fresher, richer, and more flavorful than their signature version — truly a next-level experience. The broth was silky and full of depth, and the fish was unbelievably tender and perfectly cooked. Every bite felt luxurious.

The meal also came with a special herbal tea made from Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum), which was refreshing and soothing. I’d recommend that the staff briefly introduce this tea to customers — it has great health benefits, but it’s also good to know who should avoid it.

The limited-edition set also includes three small side dishes, each with a gentle spicy kick. It would be nice if the restaurant could mention that in advance, so guests can enjoy them fully prepared.

Complete fail! We were excited for this Restaurant and went for the fish noodles. The staff speaks no Single word english and even with their Translation app they are helpless and cant take the order. It was such a complicated communicatiin that we had to leave the Restaurant because the waitress was not able to understand anything and was not willing to get a Person who could help. That's the wrong approach for a Michelin Star Restaurant! We are really used to order in places where it might get complicated with different languages and always manage to communicate anyhow, so this was a no go for such a place.
