Pretentions place for ignorant tasters.

A huge american chain promoting expensive not real coffee to chinese.

The place is huge (30000sf) and offer the same ripped off expensive kind of coffee you find anywhere from the same company anywhere in the world. This is not real coffee but a sort of fusion created by americans like a milkshake. I never like the taste or concept of such a place. Make things worse they try to extent that philosophy in a country where tea is king.

Unfortunately all those chinese have no basic culture of decent coffee and just take for granted whatever those baristas or waiters are telling them..basically they hold the same speech learn before getting the job..

Locals come by curiosity and trying to joy after tasting the mixed coffee but have no clues about what a real coffee look like. Especially those young pretentious yuppies with their iphone trying to blend in american culture. It just sound fake and misplaced.
