而雞件採用三黃雞🐥,雞皮彈牙,肉質鮮嫩,雞就預先煮到半熟,變相落鍋後唔洗煮太耐就食得!店員建議先飲碗雞湯先再落料打邊爐🥘,湯底有非常濃郁嘅湯味,鮮甜唔油膩🤭,飲完都唔覺口渴!另外值得一讚嘅係加湯時唔係加普通清水/豬骨湯🫨,而係照落花膠雞湯🥰!但因為邊打個湯會越濃 所以最後我地都叫左店員加水去平衡返個濃郁雞湯😬😬😬
