A Chinese restaurant serving mainly seafood cuisines. Conveniently located within the commercial complex of Taipo Station, the restaurant has the advantage of being the only Chinese restaurant in that area and hence free of any keen competition from its peers. The standard of food is above average and the braised lobster with noodle is a must try. Prices are reasonable and hence the restaurant is full most of the time especially during the weekends. The restaurant has been adversely affected by the outbreak of virus and the lockdown policy. The management has been making ad hoc changes and focusing on takeaway sales instead. The food quality is good and the price for seafood is very good in valued , South Lobster cost $398@ , Fresh and tasty, all the seafood just in right texture and not over cooked Most of the combo set are not available and sold out, except you order in a la carte. my friend had a wedsing here. Food was really nice, a lot of sea food, made in cantonese style. Venue was spacious and they ensured privacy for the guest by setting up a wall, while still running a business behind it. The restroom was bit on a poor side, but then again ota typical HK place, where u walk past the kicken to the loo. Also the lady that served our table did an amazing job, 13 peoplw but she ensured that everyones glasses had some refreshment all the time and cleared the table juat before the servings And there were like 7-8 serving.
