If you want to eat some southern China traditional dishes, this is a great place to go. You can taste seafood, meat, dishes made in traditional Chinese way. The seafood is fresh and you can see many fish tanks at the front of the restaurant. I had a good dining experience with my friends here. Note that better go there during Chinese New Year which is between January and February cuz the service will be the best.

豉椒炒蟶子，鮑魚雞煲，脆皮咸豬手，值得一讚! 蟶子新鮮爽脆，鮑魚雞煲最少有6~8隻鮑魚而且味道恰當有汁不乾身，頗惹味! 脆皮豬手皮很脆肉夠咸唯可惜稍乾身 如果火候再控制好1點，肉質保留1點juicy 就很完美! 另外，點了芫荽魚頭湯，味徧淡，水準一般，可以不試! 豉汁蒸鱔，芡汁太稠 水準一般! 唯最敗筆有二 : 豉油皇炒麪。。。這個功夫真的不到家，明顯不善長處理這菜式! 蒜蓉蒸絲瓜。。。這菜有點慘不忍睹! 油膩感很重，放太多油，吃不到絲瓜清甜味! 建議少放油及加少許淡口豉油最後淋上絲瓜上 帶出瓜的甜味會更好! 總括而言，總數價廉物美 ，7餸1湯 埋單$980!很化算!值得推介大家去試下! 當然避開我提到那2款菜式，其他菜式確實水準之內，可以多1個選擇試下!
