Pizza Hut Macao (Taipa - New Flower City) — Restaurant in Taipa

Who knew just ordering a pizza would turn into a 2 hour issue? First of all there is no way to order online without a Macau number, I was able to use my hotels number. I was here on a 7 hour layover and I wanted to go somewhere that accepted VISA credit card so I would not have to pull out unwanted cash that I would not use. That is the the only reason I ordered here because for some reason it’s hard to find somewhere that accepts card in Macau. I got down stairs, Paid. Went back upstairs as I was eating my pizza, The driver is pounding on my door. He was yelling at me saying the payment was not going through. They didn’t even have a card reader we was reading my information to his boss on the phone. They tried three different cards. I’ve never had an issue with international payments, I had just been in Japan,Thailand and Singapore no issues. The driver was EXTREMELY rude. He handed me his boss on the phone. I thought if the manager wanted to speak to me I would maybe have a better customer service experience. Nope. He was worse than the driver. Yelling, calling me an idiot when he couldn’t even figure out a card reader. If you don’t know how to take card don’t put it on your website. I would not have ordered if I knew you would make me leave my hotel and walk ten minutes to an ATM and now I had 500$ that I was not gonna spend in 5 hours. It was not on my end. I also just don’t understand why you guys were so aggressive and rude from the start for no reason? I was nice I was trying to help you but all I got was yelled at and called an idiot? really bad service I waited almost 2 hours for the food when I contacted the store that's the time they put the food ready for the driver...
