First of all, the staff asked if you would like cold or hot tea once you’re seated and I chose hot tea (which I guess it’s chrysanthemum tea and it’s so soothing. The staff generously offered me a refill once I finished it.) Ordered the Asian poached chicken 霸王雞飯, which is traditionally cooked in hot water with ginger and chives, and served when it’s cool off. I’d say the chicken texture is slightly tighter than drunken chicken, however I still love the taste with Mala-sauce. 我對一間鋪頭一直印象都唔差 但喺今次嘅體驗係有啲失望 唔知係唔係鋪頭就嚟收工 雞份量真係非常之少, 而且極度多骨 所以抵食程度今次真係好低 白魚蛋同花枝丸都係加工食物 相信大家喺打邊爐都食得唔少 所以味道真係太普通 好就好在喇沙都幾香椰奶味

Read more小店木系古風裝修,環境新淨,燈光柔和,座位較擠。叫了霸王雞飯配肉骨茶。雞肉非常鞋和韌,雞肉本身沒調味,全靠蔥油提味。蔥油較重蔥白辛辣味。豉油味淡,整碟雞咸味很輕,只有淡淡蔥味。
肉骨茶則有驚喜。足料,內有一件排骨、豆卜、腐竹、杞子,排骨軟滑入味,比雞肉好食得多。湯頭濃郁,重藥材味,拌飯不錯。
是日養生茶是羅漢果水。就是帶微甜的水,個人不太喜歡。
