Upon request, the restaurant omitted mayonnaise, allowing the freshness and balance of ingredients to shine through. The roll features slices of salmon, tuna, and bonito on top, offering a variety of textures and flavors in a single dish. Avocado and cucumber inside the roll add creaminess and crunch, expanding the mouthfeel and enhancing the overall structure. The use of avocado with sashimi is a standout pairing—unexpected yet harmonious.

Spider Roll – $96 This specialty roll features crispy soft-shell crab, avocado, cucumber, and imitation crab stick. The crab is lightly battered and fried to a crisp without being greasy, delivering both crunch and flavor. A drizzle of teriyaki sauce adds a layer of sweetness and umami that complements the rich texture of the fried crab. The sauce also brings balance, preventing the roll from feeling overly heavy while tying all the ingredients together.

They have special rolls and all with lovely name but taste is very so so, recommend you can try traditional sushi.

Salad - pretty good Oyster — Yummy and just power layer a bit too thick. We want to order stick but almost 50 % is out of order 😮‍💨😮‍💨 Tempura — they try to make us special but price is not worth for what they prepared.

Staffs are very nice & polite. If possible, recommend you reserve window seats so you can see a nice view.
