Goobne Chicken (Tsuen Wan) — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

Came here a few months ago on a weekday at around 1200. There weren't much customers at the time and we ordered 2 lunch sets. Waited for more than 40 minutes for the food:( We tried to ask the waiter on why the food was so slow and he simply said "its coming" but it didn't come for another 15 minutes..... We love the food at Goobne Chicken and had been to the Mongkok branch a couple times, unfortunately the services here are utterly...

The restaurant space is kind of tight, and in an open area of City Walk. As for the food, their egg roll kimbap was creative, but I prefer the traditional kimbaps, which are way more delicious. The curry & honey fried chicken was pretty juicy, good job on that. As for the rice cake, it was quite good, just that the sauce, to me, tasted a bit like Shin ramen instant...

We ordered chicken wings with two flavors, both of them are not bad, but I like the original one. Egg roll is good and the yellow sauce is delicious. The shake soft drinks (non-alcohol) is a kind of sweet drinks, I don’t know what is the taste like. The seafoods soup is mediocre.
