This Korean restaurant in Mong Kok has been popular for a long time. Recently , they opened a new branch in Tsuen Wan, with a dark and stylish decoration, and the seating area is more spacious.
We weren't very hungry, so we ordered 2 dishes, and both of them were really good!
Honey Cheese Powder Fried Chicken ($188): There were about 8 pieces, and they weren't very large. The seasoning of the honey cheese powder wasn't too overpowering. The meat was tender and juicy. I really liked the super thin crispy skin! Thick breading might lock in more juices, but I prefer this thin and crunchy skin that doesn't feel too hard.
It comes with sweet potato fries which were also good, but just eating them alone was a bit lacking. However, when paired with the chicken and the tangy powder, it was a perfect combination.
Cheese Spare Ribs (3 pieces) ($158): It was quite spicy for me, as I can't handle spicy food well. If you enjoy spicy food, then this level of spiciness would be just right. There were only three ribs, which was a bit less, but the staff served it and helped wrap the ribs with cheese. The quality of the...

Read moreRecommend: Fried chicken, fresh kimchi, beef cold noodles & chocolate shaved ice We booked via Openrice for Saturday dinner at 6pm, and the restaurant seemed to have plenty of seats, but filled up around 7pm. The place seemed clean and spacious. We ordered: fresh kimchi, Street platter, DIY rice ball, blazing boar with rice, bulgogi naengmyeon, and chocolate bingsu. The fresh kimchi was sweet, which we preferred over sour fermented kimchi. The street platter had fried cheese sticks, dumplings and fried chicken. The fried chicken tasted good with a very thin and crispy coating, but the rest were mediocre. The blazing boar rice was too sweet for me. The naengmyeon and bingsu were our favorite. Portions were big. Taste in general was ok, but only the fried chicken seemed better than other restaurants. The rest were...
