We got there on a Wednesday evening, at the PERFECT time, just before rush hour and before the typical crazy-loud live music. The inside is well-lit, spacious, and well-organized. I ordered something that had a salad because I need more leafy green salads in my life. I told the waiter, "No cheese"... but eventually when the food came, the salad had cheese in it 🤦🏽‍♂️ This came as no surprise to me: Colombia, most restaurant chefs are on "autopilot" and so they have a hard time fathoming the idea that someone would NOT want cheese in everything 🧀 😅 Anyway the waiter took my dish away and came back with a cheese-free salad. The drinks were OK - more natural, less sugar (and less satisfying than I wanted at that moment - but that's a "me" problem 😆). The meat was well-made, soft and juicy. I would go so far as to say that the meat elevated the entire dish (which was already good)! The overall price tag was a bit high for what we got, but we all know by now that what we're really paying "extra" for is the care/attention, and the ambience. So, I consider this a "once in a while" place... when I have the budget, I might go back here to try something else from their menu.

Well I have been craving a juicy delicious stake from Colombia, it seems that since 2006 till now there has been a foreign cousin boom, in which plates that were meant to attract natives are more well adapted for the north American taste. I ordered the pepper stake well done after being last served the meat was still red inside, well I was starving so of course I waited for the meal to be well cooked the sauce was mainly spicy with a lot of texture the pepper corns were whole the pepper taste was overwhelming. My mother ordered some pasta which was tasteless I’m afraid for me this will not be a place to go for a steak nor Italian food , the dessert was a big flat chocolate chip cookie that seemed to had been baked on a skillet, it was not that bad however my sister in law got burnt with the chocolate chip should’ve been warned and for the size of the cookie there should’ve been more ice cream. There was some kind of soccer game and for some reason This restaurant was showing the game inside , I believe this might’ve been the cause of my last drink to be forgotten, This Colombian foodie will pass if ever invited here again. Thank you.

This Fine-Dining Barbecue Style Food Establishment is just what I needed after a long day of touring the city. What a great place to wind down and relax while enjoying some deluctable entrees that are carefully prepared to the customer's exact needs and/or specifications. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and were well mannered. The chef paid great attention to detail as the food they prepared was spot on with the specific instructions I had given the waiter. The appetizer (Chicharron) was very presentable and the flavors were mesmerizing. 10/10. The Beverage I ordered (Caipiroska) was the perfect blend of strong and sweet. It was refreshing for sure. 10/10. The main entree (Picanha) was spectacular! As it arrived to my table like an old-fashioned train, the steam rising and the sizzling slices on the platter, I instantly knew the dish was going to meet my expectations. It was to die for. 10/10. Everything was scrumptious. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. The environment is quite fancy and perfect for a romantic evening.
