The restaurant is elegant and inviting.

At Manuel's from the moment you walk in you feel a great vibe. Great and attentive staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Food was excellent. We had fish tiradito and roasted cauliflower as appetizers and finished with langoustines in blue cheese sauce, filet mignon and tuna on tamarind bbq sauce.

Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoning was on point.

Manuel's has an excellent wine list and a nicely stocked full bar. It is definitely a great place to come in large groups or for a romantic dinner.

It has a nice menu with a little bit for everyone's taste. I would say that it probably lacks having a daily specials menu for those who look to have something outside their regular menu.

Manuel cocina has a great fancy ambience, the service is as one of a Michelin star restaurant they make you feel comfortable. The Music and the cocktails will keep you in a good mood. It’s meant for sharing (my personal favorite style of restaurant) but in the best way. Every plate we ordered was absolutely delicious. The waiter changes your dishes and utensils with every order you get and they serve the plates one by one as you finish to make the experience better as it won’t let your food get cold as it would if they brought them all at the same time. In every plate they’ll explain how it’s made and the ingredients used. We ordered some very soft cocktails, the pork belly, the octopus and the lobster pizzeta and they were all amazing. So to be honest I did not get to try the food. I had a reservation and came dressed in a linen shirt and linen shorts, I understand there is a dress code but, literally 2 seconds later you let in someone in jeans and t shirt and Adidas sneakers??? I had formal linen clothes on??? That was embarrassing to see that someone with a white t shirt was allowed in but I was told I was under dressed lmfaoooooooo. Only for them to call me back to ask to come back! Only after I texted them right away on how the hell they let the guy in with a t shirt but me in linen can’t eat here??? Your front of house as no common sense. And that’s enough for me to say why pay those prices when you can’t even get the entrance correct. I will not be ever trying...
