This was my first time staying at Hotel Estelar and wow… I’m already ✨obsessed✨ From the lobby attendants to the housekeepers, every single person was so friendly and genuinely helpful- it really made the whole experience feel special.

And the food? Incredible!!!! Maiko completely stole the show- hands down the best sushi I’ve had in Colombia. My family and I loved it so much, we went back three times during our stay. No regrets!

The hotel itself is gorgeous- super elegant, spotless, and perfectly maintained. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: steps away from restaurants, bars, and El Malecón.

Estamos gratamente sorprendidos por el profesionalismo, la educación, espíritu de servicio y la gentileza de tod@s l@s colaborador@s, especial reconocimiento en el comedor y la piscina a todos quienes nis atendieron y nos hicieron sentir importantes, Luis, David, Luciano, Michael, Bryan, Celena, en fin a todo el equipo, ya que no recuerdo todos sus nombres. Para Catherine quien fue la encargada de arreglar nuestra habitación 1802, va también nuestro saludo de agradecimiento.

El servicio de habitaciones fue excelente, atendieron todos nuestras solicitudes de manera rápida y eficiente. Tuve una estadía de 18 noches y nos sentimos en casa. Además la amabilidad de Katherine nuestra camarista se destacó indudablemente, no solo por la calidad del servicio sino también por estar atenta a nuestras necesidades.
