This place is really good for fusion cuisine between Japanese and Peruvian food. Seafood is a must here, nice for special dates and celebration. Some dishes are big and can be shared between 2, like the Arroz Chaufa, ask the waiter first for the size of the dish. Staff is really nice and willing to help with anything. Something not to good, we sat close to the windows and we suffered Mosquitoes attacking everyone, nothing that they can do, deal with it, this is Barranquilla, so here or at any other place would be the same. We ordered “Suspiro Limeño” as dessert and after between 20 and 30 minutes, a waiter came and said that they had an issue and they cannot serve this dessert, so they gave us another one, chosen by them as courtesy for free. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mistura in Barranquilla for lunch, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the food was outstanding, with every dish showcasing fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and careful attention to presentation.

The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a memorable dining experience.

We came twice during our stay in Barranquilla. There is AC for those who are curious. Davis was our waiter both times and the service was superb. Davis and his companions made our visit feel like we were visiting family in Barranquilla. The food is EXCELLENT. We’ve traveled Barranquilla for 8 days and this is the best diner we’ve had twice.
