Our appetizer, a buffalo cheese with pesto and Neapolitan sauce, was a symphony of flavors, each bite a testament to culinary excellence. Accompanied by a Stella beer, it set the perfect tone for the evening. For our main course, we savored the Diablo pizza with pepperoni, delivering a delightful kick of spice accentuated by the impeccable quality of the ingredients. Amalfi is one of the best restaurants in Barranquilla at the moment.

We made reservations for 8.00 p.m., and our table was ready upon arrival.

The restaurant has a great vibe... live music and a nice small bar but fully stocked.

The restaurant is charming and nicely decorated. It is a bit loud but not too crazy. Food and service are impeccable.

The burrata was fresh and delicious. Ceasar salad was also very fresh.

The owner also has a steakhouse restaurant in Barranquilla, so we tried the steak pimienta here, and it was perfect. Cooked medium rare and seasoning was on point.

The lobster and crab ravioli were light and super flavorful.... but the winner for me was the fish with frutti di mare sauce. We asked for the sauce to be on the side, thinking it would be heavy, but it was just perfect.

La comida fue muy buena , los precios acorde a la zona , incluso diría que es value for money. Lo mejor , la sexy burrata , considero que es una de las mejores entradas de Barranquilla. He ido 2 veces, les recomiendo pedir una botella de Zonin Montepulciano D’Abruzzo 750ml , muy rico ese vino . La primera vez pedi con mi novia 6 copas 😂, la segunda pedimos la botella y sale mucho mejor. Los platos que he probado han sido muy ricos todos conservan la esencia italiana , no van a encontrar pastas a base de crema de leche , lo cual es habitual en Barranquilla. Probamos carbonara trufada y tonnarelli al gamberi (fotos adjuntas ) también pedimos canelones de espinaca y ricotta con un tiramisu espectacular de postre , realmente no tomamos fotos pero seguro vuelva el próximo fin de semana y actualice la publicación :) . Recomendado.

Update 21.07.2023 - Volví a amalfi y me pedí una botella de Barton&Guestier muy rico , de plato fuerte pedí unos gnocchi alla vodka , y realmente estaban muy buenos , la verdad me encantaron les recomiendo ese plato también . Para el postre pedí un gelato de pistacho ( estaba delicioso) y para finalizar un limoncello. Restaurante italiano que no tenga limoncello no es italiano es fake. Sigo enamorado de...
