The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to local attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed.

The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and Colombian specialties.

I have throughly enjoyed my stay at the Bqlla Plaza, to the point that I’ve extended my stay twice. I initially booked for two nights and decided to spend the first half of my vacation here. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive, the facility is exceptional for anyone from the tourist to the businessperson. As a veteran special events director I was especially appreciative of the level of quality exhibited on a wedding held on the grounds. Extremely noisy, had to sleep with ear plugs. Elevators working chaotically. Hot water was not present, thank God that the outside temperature was in the 90's°F (30°C) and water was not too cold - I showered with cold water for 3 days. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Service is half-decent, they are trying their best, this is the reason for the second star. The last floor restaurant was supposed to offer a view of the city, but the windows were EXTREMELLY dirty.
