Would have given a 5 star if the service was better. Long way from a 5 star.

Review after multiple visits and takeouts over 3 years.

Highlight - Great takeaway pizza and really great for families with kids, they do really care about making the place kid friendly.

Would I visit again? Yes I would considering it's only a block away from where I live and it's always a safe bet.

First things first - Food - The food is decent, nothing great but nothing to complain about either.

Service - I don't know where they are going wrong, they seem to have a lot of service staff, but each one clueless and bumping into each other. Very minimum eye contact with the guest and it's difficult to catch their attention.

Ambience - A bit noisy, the tables are far too close to each other. Also on two of my visits I had to find a tissue paper to stabilize the shaky table. It's a great place to be with kids, because they do really care about making it an ideal place for family.

Hygiene and cleanliness - They got it right.

Price - Just about reasonable compared to Bogotá standards.

Take away - I am a big fan of their pizza for take away and delivery....

Food is acceptable, service is okay, price is fair. Two main concerns here: 1) food is acceptable, not great, not even really good, just something to try if there is nothing else catching the eye, and 2) every single special price they have involves alcohol, kind of pushing people to drink and dismissing those not drinking any of it (like me).

I tried the Mediterranean pizza with bacon, from some kind of seasonal menu they are trying (as of January 2020). It was fine, could improve changing the green olives for black ones; other than that ingredients' combination...

We had a great time at Archie's. We were welcomed and taken to our table swiftly. Waiter service was prompt, helpful and very polite. All requests were handled with perfection. Drinks were of good size and Fruit juices were delicious. Food arrived quickly and was awesome. This is a MUST GO...
