I would honestly love to give them 5 stars, but they need to improve. I've been twice and the second time I went, it was horrible. The first time I went, I understood that they recently opened and that obviously they were going to make some mistakes. No worries there, but the 2nd time I went I was disappointed that the waiter tried to steal 50 thousand pesos for his TIP and that IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ! Also, although they try to accommodate all types of people I have realized that they have a favorable perception of “artists” or the “upper” class of society which is funny to me but any who. The site is phenomenal and the food is SPECTACULAR the live shows too, like I said if it weren't for the small details I would gladly give them the 5 stars BUT I'm giving this review, so they can improve as an establishment and with the staff! I also write this honest review so those who go can go with a bit of caution especially my fellow foreigners and expats ! Good Day.

Sinceramente me encantaría darles 5 estrellas pero les falta mejorar. He ido dos veces y la segunda vez que fui si que me fue mal. La primera vez que fui pues entendí que apenas abrieron y pues obviamente iban a ver errores. Nada de el otro mundo pero la 2da vez que fui si quede decepcionado por que el mesero me quería robar 50mil pesos de propina y eso NO SE HACE ! Además, aunque si tratan de acomodar todas las personas si me he dado cuenta que tienen una percepción favorable a "artistas" o la clase "alta" de la sociedad que pues me parece gracioso pero en fin. El sitio si es espectacular y la comida ESPECTACULAR los shows en vivo también o sea como te digo si no fuera por estos pequeños detalles con mucho gusto les daría las 5 estrellas PERO si doy esta calificación para que mejoren como establecimiento y con el personal ! I went here with my girlfriend for the first time. We are traveling from New York City. As soon as I arrived, the security guard was very rude to me. I said my name 3 times to the lady at the front to find my reservation. When we got inside, we ordered what we needed but they kept bringing in things that we did not order. For example, we both HATE onions. We never eat onions with anything. They brought in this HUGE tray with onions. Also, separately, they brought in a tray of Onion rings. So two onion rings. The waiter was also kept flirting with my girlfriend she told me that she felt uncomfortable. He asked her where is she from the minute I go to the bathroom and started flirting. Every time we were in a deep conversation he would interrupt and physically touch her glass that she was drinking and move it. It was so uncomfortable we decided to leave. When the check came it was 908Mill COP which was very high even though we only ordered Shrimp, steak and 3 drinks. The waiter asked me to give a rating and I declined. He then continued flirting with my girlfriend when I went to the bathroom and she said he basically told her that she has to give a rating. I will never go to this place again. I recommend everyone to avoid this place. The food also is NOT at all good. It was very bland. We are used to authentic Mexican food and this place does not meet those standards. Interesting place we had walked by 30+ times and thought it was empty. A Monday afternoon we came in to see it and Gloria felt like Mexican and it looked decent. A big family birthday party and we stayed for the Mariachis to come by them and us too. We did not feel like steak wanted more Mexican as our first time. We noticed the steaks were priced 2x at least of other good places we go so were less inclined. We watched a couple near us enjoy the flaming tequila steak which was nicely served and looked good. But I latched on to the fajitas which I had not had for a good while. Gloria had the beef and I tried the mixed. Drinks were great I had a mojita and she our go to Sapphire and tonic. They were good and nicely done. Service by Santiago was very good and he was English fluent and helpful with questions then told if we could wait a little the Mariachis were coming for the birthday party. So we got a bottle of Argentine Cabernet Sauvignon I did not enjoy much especially at the price but got thru it. Then we took his suggestion to look at the 2nd and 3rd floors which on a Monday afternoon non-holiday were packed with fun people dancing so we danced a little before heading home. Pleasant shock to see all the happy customers and we love dancing so shall return. Need to try more dishes but they were good not...
