It is a place with good environment. However, it looks I does nos have identity. Since in a Friday night they were showing a football match at the “rooftop” and inside there was loud music since it is the dance floor. The food is pretty simple and expensive same as the drinks. However the service is quite poor. It took almost like 40 minutes to let us know that a Daiquiri was not run out that night and take almost more than 30 minutes to get the food and the glasses cup for the beer. There is not attention at all and they just give us the bill when we were still there and we did not ask for it since we were supposed to order more. i did not deserve the tip that kind of attention. Todo en este lugar está mal. Cero recomendando. Les comparto mi experiencia de hoy:

Tenían una promo de jarra 2x1 de Club Colombia, pedimos 1 de Club Dorada y ¡sin preguntarnos! la mesera decidió traer las 2 jarras de Club Roja, porque no le quedaba Dorada. Si no hay algo en el lugar el derecho es que a uno le consulten sobre lo que tienen disponible para que uno tome la decisión. Pero además de todo te sirven en vasos de plástico.

Ordenamos comida y se demoró casi 40 minutos en llegar. Pedimos entrada y plato fuerte y llegaron ambas cosas al tiempo. Pero eso no es lo peor. ¡En este lugar no hay cocina! Piden la comida que uno ordena a no sé dónde, llega en empaques de icopor y así te lo llevan a la mesa!!! Todo servido en los icopores.

Al momento de pagar nos comunican que solo se reciben tarjetas en cuentas superiores a 200 mil pesos!!! Eso no estaba escrito en ningún lugar. Solicité hablar con el manager y la mesera regresó a mostrarme que en la carta decía que no se recibía ninguna tarjeta. ¡Lo decía en un lugar superescondido e ilegible! Entonces si mi cuenta hubiese sido de más de 200 mil sí me recibían la tarjeta, pero como me quejé entonces sacan la carta y te muestran el lugarcito en el que dice que no te reciben tarjetas. En fin... el manager nunca quiso hablar conmigo y afortunadamente tenía efectivo para pagar.

Fuera de todo lo que les cuento, el lugar es carísimo y la atención de la mesera...
