My wife, Lynn, and I visited Bogota 2 years ago and couldn’t wait to return. We are staying in the same neighborhood and discovered a restaurant we hadn’t been to before — Restaurante Lomos. This restaurant is wonderful. We have now eaten there 3 times and enjoyed a few different entrees. The Lomos al Trapo is amazing, as is the Baby Beef Steak and the Steak Pimienta. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is beautiful. On each of our visits we were greeted warmly by Juan Paolo, a true gentleman who always made sure we had a pleasant experience. If you are interested in a great steak house I highly recommend Restaurante Lomos.

Best thing ever, I'm a meat fanatic, and have eaten from wagyu meat to the toughest cut from Angus cows, and this restaurant does a perfect job in the lomo al trapo, the Brandy touch at the end is the perfect finishing, totally recommended. The service and the attention is also great, not sure if regular days is the same, but in my case it was almost empty so it was great. The empanaditas are also exceptional.

Es un restaurante que destaca por su ambiente tranquilo y cómodo, la comida tiene un sabor excelente, lastimosamente la porción no es muy grande pero para el público general es suficiente, el precio es elevado por lo que es recomendable para una ocasión especial, el servicio es impecable, muy atentos y pacientes con todo lo que se solicite o pregunté, sin mencionar el edificio en si que es una casa con con un jardín que te hace olvidar que estás en la ciudad, el parqueadero no es muy grande, por lo que recomiendo tener presente otros lugares para hacerlo.

The place is still the same as 20 years ago and the service is ok. The reason why you have to go there is the food. Might not be cheap but everything I have tried is delicious and the portions are huge. Totally worth it for those meat...
