Hotel NH Collection Bogotá Terra 100 Royal — Hotel in Bogota, Capital District

This place has the BEST staff ever!!! They deserve 10 stars!! They went out of their way to help me when I most needed it. On 3/7/22 my brother, sister-in-law, husband and I came back to the hotel from shopping, we were leaving in 2 days. The cab driver took off with my shopping bags. We had always used Uber except for this time. Of coarse, we ran after him but weren't able to catch up. As I was crying and feeling robbed of my things, I went to our hotels front desk to see if they could see the cabs phone number or plate on video. The security officer (Fabian Camilo Caldon) immediately went to look. He came back with only the licence plate number. Then Jhon Orrego the front desk agent immediately began a search. These 2 men were able to find the company the cab was associated with, speak with a supervisor. After a lot of going back and fourth with the cab company and telling them I was going to make a police report. The cab company had the driver bring my things back, all my things were all there. In my situation, Fabian and Jhon are my heroes. I wouldn't have gotten my things back. Thank you (Gracias) again Fabian Camilo Caldon and Jhon Orrego for going the EXTRA mile for me. Bathrooms and air condition don’t work.

Frustrating place to stay. Centrally located and the rooms are decent but the hotel is not managed well.

The rooms are HOT and the AC doesn’t work. I called several times a day to ask for help with the air condition, was told they could reprogram it from the front desk, and it never occurred. Every night I was there I sweated and it’s was a nightmare coming back from the gym into an even hotter room.

The gym bathroom did not flush either. People continued to urinate in the toilet and the hotel never put a sign up or fixed the issue, which made everything smell like ammonia from all the urine. This was really disgusting.

The hotel had a water point in the gym, but no cups or towels and the gym was rather poorly equipped. The heaviest dumbbells were only 40 pounds and there was only one small bench.

Overall the hotel has potential but the lack of attention to details and the non responsiveness to complaints about room temperature make this a hotel that will not use again. No one wants to be awake all night sweating in a hot room with windows that don’t open.

Great hotel. Outlook from outside is ok. I suggest that they add more light to make it visible and attractive. Friendly staff. Relatively fast check in process. Hotel is modern… hallway lights are turned on/off by motion. Room is modern from inside with plenty of different styles of light. Comfy bed. Privacy curtains. Nice view from room windows. Coffee espresso machine is huge plus. There is a small fridge and kettle. Though, the best part is the breakfast… it is heavenly. Breakfast is not included in price of room but you can add it at time of booking. I highly recommend adding it… check my photos. As in previous review, air conditioning seems to be not working… but open the window and enjoy fresh and cool breeze of air. Location is great in the north area of Bogota.
