We started with the mango ceviche, and it was an absolute standout. Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with tropical flavor — a perfect way to begin our meal. For the main course, we had the Lomo Cheese and Bacon Sirloin and the Lima fish. Both dishes were exquisite — the sirloin was rich, tender, and perfectly seasoned, while the fish was delicately cooked with layers of bold, coastal flavor.

To drink, we tried the Viche Light cocktails, and they were incredibly refreshing — light, aromatic, and just the right touch of tropical flair. They paired beautifully with the food and added to the whole Pacific experience.

During my recent business trip to Cali, I had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. We waited over 20 minutes to be served and almost an hour for our food, which were two starters and one main. when ordering ceviche I was asked to choose between shrimp and mango, and after asking I was told that the dish didn't include both. I withdrew my order only to see it then served with both on the table next to me. the langostinos were superb and filling, but both the croquettes and perlas were terribly disappointing with a minuscule and bland filling. The place has lovely natural light and is quite nice and airy if you sit in the main hall but in their side rooms they blast the air conditioning and the music ruining the whole vibe. toilets were not clean, hairs everywhere, toilet paper on the floor and no hand towels.
