I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to visit your establishment, and I would like to provide some constructive feedback based on my experience.

Firstly, I must address concerns related to the service. During my visit, there were noticeable delays and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. It was disheartening to observe that the individual responsible for escorting guests to their designated areas appeared to be preoccupied with personal phone usage, leading to extended wait times for guests in the downstairs area.

Upon reaching the upper level, I couldn't help but notice areas in need of improvement. The quality of the furniture, specifically the sofas, left much to be desired, and the use of plastic tables and the condition of the wall art and decor conveyed a sense of budget-consciousness.

Furthermore, the dining experience was hindered by a limited menu accessible only through a QR code. The pricing structure appeared to be on the higher side, and the quality of the food did not align with the prices charged. Despite staff members' efforts to maintain a friendly demeanor, service was noticeably slow, and there seemed to be a lack of substantial recommendations or suggestions.

I opted for the Picada for 100k+, but unfortunately, the portion size was smaller than expected, and the taste was underwhelming, resembling something that had been reheated. The fries were notably soft and soggy, and the quality of the meat left room for improvement.

I left with the impression that the establishment prioritized profit over providing a truly satisfying dining experience, a perception I believe warrants attention.

While I appreciate the picturesque view your establishment offers, it was perplexing to note that access to the terrace was restricted without clear justification, which added to the overall disappointment of my visit.

In conclusion, I hope that this feedback can be taken constructively to enhance the overall quality of your establishment and the satisfaction of its patrons. I believe that addressing these concerns can contribute to a more positive reputation for your business.

Awful experience. New Years Eve. 31 Dec 2022. We reserved and paid for dinner. We expected good service but it was not to be. First we arrived and there wasn’t a staff person to greet us and lead us to our seats. We had to ask another guests to point to us to the staff in charge of seating. She asked if we had dinner with reservations we said yes and she sat us in a round table with 6 other guests who we didn’t know. We sat there for a couple of hours and not a sight of a dinner plate. Unorganized staff. My wife volunteered to help serve food to encourage staff to get moving. The dinner was a scoop of potato salad a scoop of sweet salad and a small triangle of ham. Awful awful awful. One small glass o mad cheap white wine and a cup of grapes. Awful. Overpriced for sure. Music was bad and no one was dancing but there were many faces of complaints. Terrible experience. If this bar/restaurant is not part of Torre de Cali they need to get rid of this Don Juan from being part of La Torre de Cali. Not recommended. I give them a minus 10. -10!!! We won’t go...

It’s been a while I’ve been looking forward to test this place out. As a usual visitor in Cali, I finally decided to check this site out.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Hostess Maria (a beautiful young lady.) She was very amicable, professional and made my welcoming feel like a true king. She walked my companions and myself to the table, where a waiter immediately assisted us and we ordered our drinks.

First of the the view, is priceless, and to be honest; you will not find a place as tall as the Cali Tower. At night time, the view of the city was just breathtaking!

The ambient of this place was very professional and the crowd was very mature. Not just anyone walks inside, this marvelous place.

The music was very romantic but at the same it made you want to stand up and dance. They have a nice dance floor where you can show off your prohibited dance moves.

The food was great, they have a variety of Sushi, Meats, Poultry; plus the drinks were very good!
