We went twice. Really nice vibes with relaxing music playing, which was a great start. But I think it’s weird to ask for payment before the customer has even had the food. Also, you have to go up and order at the bar which seems strange considering there aren’t many tables at all.

Both times we waited a while for food - the second time we waited for 40 minutes. If I wait for that long (and pay quite a lot for the breakfast) I would expect it to be amazing, but the pancakes were cold and mushy.

Was recommended Frequency cafe from a friend and it did not disappoint! The cafe is in an open aired space but covered from the sun, allowing the beautiful breeze to come through whilst getting some shade from the hot Colombian sun. The cafe is gorgeous, staff spoke Spanish and English, were super helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! We had the chicken poke bowl which was scrumptious and my partner had the açai bowl which was also super tasty! I was at this place yesterday and it literally made my day. From the moment I walked in, the people were kind and welcoming, and the whole space had such a good vibe, clean, cozy, and authentic. You can feel the care that’s been put into everything.

I had a passion fruit drink, it was fresh, full of flavor, and honestly the best I’ve had. The owner was so kind and even offered me a delicious tostada, which made the visit feel really special.

The playlist was amazing too! The music added such a nice touch to the whole experience.

I’m looking forward to coming back during my stay in Palomino. Can’t wait to try more...
