This place is absolutely terrible. On my first visit, the food was incredibly bland and the sandwich was disgustingly soggy. It was a complete disappointment. Then, on my second visit, I decided to order my food to go. The server offered to deliver it, which seemed like a nice gesture at first. However, when she arrived at my room, she brought the wrong order. I had specifically requested no onions, but she didn't bother to double-check. When I went downstairs to inform her about the mistake, she simply shrugged and asked, "What do you want me to do?" Seriously? How about remaking it without onions, considering I paid for a meal that I wanted to enjoy?
To make matters worse, I also reminded her that I had ordered a mango juice that she recommended, but she never brought it up. When I finally returned to my room, I realized that not only were the missing items never delivered, but my meal had a repulsive hair with a gray tip at the end. As if that wasn't enough, I also found a small triangular piece of plastic in my food. I only discovered it a quarter of the way into my meal, so I immediately threw it away.
And let's not forget about the mango juice—it tasted horribly watered down, nothing like the delicious drink I was promised. After all these terrible experiences, there's no way I'll ever return to that place again. You'd be much better off eating at El Tesoro Mall, where there are plenty of great choices available, and it's not even...
Read moreVisited Al Alma Cafe for breakfast and was impressed right from the start. Nestled in the chic Urban House Hotel, the cafe offers a serene ambiance that perfectly complements its flavorful menu.
I ordered a croissant and was pleasantly surprised by its quality - it was flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of crisp. Paired with ham, it made for a delightful start to my day. To top it off, I indulged in their two-for-one mimosa offer. It was a refreshing treat that added a special touch to my breakfast.
What stood out for me was the impeccable service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure my dining experience was enjoyable. Their efficiency and warm hospitality definitely added to the overall charm of the place.
The view of the pool from the cafe is a visual treat. The calm and composed setting made my visit even more relaxing, making it a go-to spot for anyone seeking a quiet, enjoyable meal.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Urban House Hotel or those in the vicinity looking for a great breakfast spot. I am certainly looking forward to...
Read moreI traveled to Colombia to visit some friends , and they told me to come to this location because the service was “awesome” and the food was “great” . Service is poor , this lady named Karol was serving us , very slow , didn’t even say hi to us , not looked at us to the face once ! When we were trying to order she was pretty rude in answering my questions about allergens because I’m allergic to a few things , she told me no just that I was too complicated but also told me to go home and cook if I was allergic to anything. Pretty disappointed. The attitude was disgusting . If you ever go to Colombia , do not...
