I typically never leave reviews but the service was so bad I had to, I made a reservation for my mans birthday September 26th weeks in advance we traveled from Florida. I've never been to a restaurant in my life where they didn't make a birthday feel special. We arrived 15mins after our reservation time of 8:30pm it was raining our driver was driving slow. When we arrived the women working outside around 8:45pm informed us we are late and instead of immediately providing a resolution or option I had to tell her I understand I can wait do you know how long she said she couldn't give me a time, I then asked her can we wait inside at the bar she said no, I asked her is there somewhere we can sit and wait she said no so we waited patiently outside under the little piece of roof in the rain. As we're waiting we notice a couple arrive shortly after the same women informs them they're also late and have to wait, he informs her that he tried to text and call on whatsapp but no answer (same thing for us no answer) she replies short, uninterested to help as the man walks away to tell his partner she looks at security rolls her eyes and laughs making fun of them for having to also wait? I told my partner I'm not going to let her ruin the night maybe everyone on the inside will treat us better. Two different families walk out and the women outside is on her phone laughing with security no urgency to sit us down, my partner asks her if we can be seated she then says yes as if she forgot she has a job to do. Then as we're seated I informed the waiter that I talked to someone through the business whatsapp number about placing happy birthday on the iluminator lights and she nodded her head walked away and the whole night it never said happy birthday in the center of the restaurant as the restaurant told me they could do for him nor did she wish him a happy birthday. She kept coming back every couple mins rushing me to order but it was our first time we wanted to make sure we ordered something good, I told her the steak looks really good but we don't want fries with it any other sides I asked and instead of her offering me side dishes she asks me what do we want I was so confused I said I don't know what sides do you have? Mashed potatoes, pasta, rice? She said we don't have none of that it comes with fries thats it. At this point I'm amazed at how lazy these women work to not provide any resolutions or want to help you when I'm the one paying for this! Then lastly the lobster pasta I asked is the pasta black she said no, pasta comes out black..no problem but why say no if you don't know? She never gave my partner a birthday desert at the end, nobody sang him happy birthday, and we noticed a handful of empty tables when we entered that proves we never had to wait outside in the rain. The food was great, the dancers worked hard to perform a great show, the music was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful however SERVICE is what keeps your business alive and growing, if you treat people good more people will come and it felt like on September 26th 2024 they didn't want to work, had attitudes and if I was in charge they would have been sent home. I’m from Miami I’m used to paying a pretty penny for service, the food is overpriced but then the service is also bad? Like are you serious? I traveled from Miami for this? I will never come back to...
Read moreThe restaurant boasts stunning décor and an enchanting atmosphere. The service is wonderful and attentive, but it’s important to note that we were the only couple in the restaurant on Easter Sunday. The food is a fusion of cuisines, which works well in most cases. However, in this particular restaurant, it seemed to be a bit of a misstep. The food was tasty, but the elements didn’t quite gel together.
Here are some examples of food oddities I encountered:
Gyoza with Shrimp: While the gyoza was okay, it was made with pastry dough and baked instead of the traditional wonton wrappers used for gyoza, which are steamed or pan-fried. The filling was good, but it wasn’t something I’d find in Japan, where I worked and lived from 1991.
Leg of Lamb: The leg of lamb was cooked well, but it lacked a hint of rosemary and the reduction was too sweet. What was truly strange was that it was accompanied by Fettuccini Alfredo containing edamame.
Combining Mediterranean, Italian, and Japanese cuisines is a bit of a culinary mishmash. Second, when using pasta, it’s crucial to choose a type that complements the sauces and other ingredients. This ensures that the pasta holds the other components together for each bite. Edamame, being a round bean, simply won’t adhere to a flat piece of pasta.
I could provide more examples of culinary peculiarities, but no one will read this. If you think I’m too critical, that’s fine. I attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, so I’m a food and wine snob, and that’s perfectly OK.

I made reservations to take my staff and colleagues visiting from Denver for a nice dinner after long day of work, and this could not have been a worse experience.
Atmosphere: The Music was SO LOUD that we couldn’t even communicate with each other. When we asked the waiter to turn the volume down he said that the DJ is hired from 8:30pm onward and if we didn’t want loud music we might as well use a play list. Totally weird response, but we were not the only ones complaining.
In addition to that this wannabe influencer chick with more surgeries than Micheal Jackson was posing for pictures right behind our table with the flash on for the entire 90 minutes we were there. It was beyond annoying.
Parking: 28 mil pesos, mandatory parking, to park in the lot on the resteraunt property. Annoying, and a lot of money for my Colombian staff.
Food: This review is very sincere and this food was absolutely horrible. My lamb came out cold, and with so much salt that I couldn’t eat it. My colleagues all complained about their food… how embarrassing for me.
Price: look, we have no issues paying premium prices for premium experiences but this place is just grosse. Premium prices to go home with a headache from overly loud music and some chick posing for pictures over your shoulder on a Tuesday night.
Long story short… nothing positive came out of...
