La Santa Guadalupe — Restaurant in Medellín

Sorry by this was not a good experience. Go here if you want to pay very high prices for slow service and bad food quality. 170 mil for a queso flameado, two small bottles of water, and two beers. Are you kidding me?! For these prices, the taste and service should be truly exceptional, but they were not. After waiting an hour and seeing another table who arrived well after us receive their dinner while we sat hungry, we canceled the rest of the order and left. The queso was decent, but service with four small dry tortillas which weren't nearly enough and they charged us when we asked for more. Two bottles of water smaller and more expensive than anything I've paid for in new york city, way too loud music, bad service for prices higher than the best restaurants in town...sorry I won't be...

Had one of the worst restaurant experiences here. First of all the service was very slow (had to raise my hand continuously). We were a table of 6 and only 3 plates came out (cold) and then they said that the waitress in charge of our table had left and put something wrong in the system. Not to mention a few dishes were out of stock and even some beers were unavailable. At the end they wanted to make it right by giving free dessert. They gave us a small dessert (arroz con leche) to share with 6 people, this dessert was very inconvenient to share as well. Definitely don’t recommend this place as it is priced ridiculously...

An Ok place with different food options. The food was OK, I would maybe give it 4.5 if that was an option.The reason for lowering was the fact that they did not have all items on a relatively well designed and small menu. Also, the drinks option is interesting, but there was not drinks menu, try the Agua de Jamaica! The service was ok, there was one person that really knew what she was doing, the others seemed to be learning. Also, there was an grumpy one that did not even say hello/goodbye.
