I used Catalina since 2019 because she had very good properties at good prices. However, in the past couple years her service has gone downhill. She has on NUMEROUS occasions taken away too much of our deposit money for stains/damage we did not do. If she can charge it our of your deposit, she will. Then the last FIASCO I am travelling with my girlfriend from Mexico to Colombia and have already arranged an apartment with her well in advance and paid for it a nice one. TWO DAYS before travel she tells me the apartment is not available and gives us a MUCH WORSE apartment we were not happy with but had no choice but to take it. I tell her we are travelling from Mexico with our cat and all belongings and asked to meet at night to go into apartment. She said to just say the apartment number at the building. They HAD NO KEYS or NO IDEA who we were and CATALINA would not reply to ANY OF OUR MESSAGES knowing full well we were travelling in and her/her assistant it was their job to make sure we got in. It was a concert that night and all hotels were $300 USD a night and NONE would take our cat. We were left STRANDED on the street and had to find a HOSTEL 45 mins away after a full day of travel to sleep in. She replied in the middle of the next day. NO APOLOGY EVER. So we live in that apartment for a while maybe 3 months. She took most of our deposit away claiming damage although most was usual wear and tear or stuff that just broke by itself. One damage was our cat scratched the sofa, she knew this was possible and we fairly paid for it. Now, I could get past all this BS behaviour because she has nice apartments but - she wont even REPLY to my messages anymore when asking if she has any other places. Not even a response. Never an apology. She has also given away apartments we said we would take to others...

I had an exceptional experience staying at this condo in Finisterre. The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay—including a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy bedding. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout. I felt right at home and will definitely be back next time I’m in town....
