We were really looking forward to trying this place but we were pretty disappointed by our experience. The experience was truly 1 star, but I’m giving it 2 stars because the food was decent enough. We paid for the 80mil all you can eat pork and beef. Only downside was that the meats were sliced very thin and the beef was served frozen.
Our main issue was the timing of it all. We arrived at 8:20 and were under the impression it was “all you can eat” for up to two hours/until closing (10p). We received the first plates of food & soup at 8:45p and things were fine until 9:30p (after 45 minutes of eating). As we tried to order more meat, we were told the kitchen was suddenly closed and we could not order anymore. We asked for just 2 more plates to actually leave feeling full, and were told they could not do that. So definitley not all you can eat.
We got maybe 5 plates of meat between 2 people and they refused to give any sort of discount for the miscommunication. And then they also have a required tip included! We were really sad leaving this spot in this way, as we were talking about coming here all week long. Really really disappointing it ended up this way. It would’ve been all ok if we were only told about the kitchen closing at 9:30 and/or could just order ahead 2 more plates of meat to really have us leaving feeling full!!
As an note for folks who come here, the 80mil option isn’t really worth it for a few plates of frozen beef and 3 “special” sides (cake, dumplings, and...
Read moreHorrible! Plus, they don’t take credit card. Only Colombian bank. I was staying at the factory loft across the street and walked in for dinner. I bought combo b and they brought out a bunch of meat and started grilling everything which was so much food for 1 person. Then I said this is lot of meat can I get a box to take and they wouldn’t let me take it. Which is fine but then they tried to charge me 50000 if I leave the food. They should start grilling small portions at a time rather than bringing out and grilling so much food clearly too much for one person. I can only think this is intentional so that you have the pay for leftovers. The food was really salty and it was decent for asian attempt in Colombia. I’m Korean and taking the environment into consideration by saying decent. Also it was hot af in the restaurant and they didn’t even bother turning on the fan. Don’t come here. So much drama just over a meal. Stressful dinner...
